This is a modified version of the 3D macro set. The parameter input dialog has been removed , and lines have been added to save the two frames produced..
Setting 'Skew' and 'Sharpness'
As mentioned above these are no longer available through a dialog when
the macro is running, they must be set and saved before Batch Processing is
started. Start CZM in the usual way, you do not need to load a
stack. Visit the menu item Macro->Edit->Parameters and change
the values at the top as required.
Saved File Format
you may wish to change the file format of the output images, initially
they are set to 100% jpeg output. To do this visit
Macro->Edit->Macros and choose to edit the 'Pair from Stack'
macro. In this macro there are two lines that say 'Output Active
Frame(100)', you must edit the number on both to the required
value. Possible values are: 0=.bmp, 1=.tif, 2=.gif, 3=.png 4
to 100=.jpg quality.
Saving the Settings
If you simply exit CZ the settings will be saved as the 'Default' set
which is shown when the Batch Processor is started up. If you wish
to make your changes more permanent, before exiting CZ visit
Macro->Edit->Save Macro Set As, either replace '3D for Batch Processing'
or give your modified set another name.
Batch Processing
Simply start the Batch processor in the usual way, point it at the
folder containing the stacks to be processed, each in its own sub
folder. Make sure 'Pair from Stack' is showing as the selected
macro. You do not need to make any other settings.
The Outputs
The files in the 'CZMoutputs' folder are not needed, delete this
folder. The pairs of frames are contained in a folder called 'Out'
which is inside each of the original stack folders, these frames will need
cropping afterwards. Note delete the folders called 'work' they
were used for temporary storage and are no longer required, thus you will free
up some disk space.
